The Market- The Market continues to stay hot. As we come into Spring the number of listings are increasing daily. After a long winter of having nothing on the market, we're finally seeing nice homes at good value.

New Featured Listings - This section keeps me busy! Some great homes are coming on the market, and they're selling very fast. You can bookmark this page so don't miss anything. Or better yet, speak to me about setting up an "Auto-send" feature that will email you all the new listings that meet your requirement. That way, you won't miss a thing.

ENJOY! - Real Estate shouldn't be a pain, it should be fun. Unlike the 'Old School' days of Real Estate, I try to keep it fun and avoid the intimidation that a lot of first time buyers experience. My goal is to coach you, education you and help you enjoy the 'rush' of buying your first home!
